AKU MENDITEGUY Founder/ Art Director
(Bs As, Argentina, 1979)
Bachelor of Arts. Ballerina, choreographer, and art performance.
She completed her college degree in the United States, graduating with an honor degree in Art and Dance at PBA University. Menditeguy worked in a television production company in Argentina and was a choreographer in that corporation. She also worked as dance teacher and developed other disciplines related to movement. Aku was a member of the modern PBA Dance Ensemble.
In Argentina, Aku attended different advertisement, marketing, and art courses. She also worked in different writing and poetry workshops; she developed as a photographer, as a communication specialist and she oversaw the press relations on different projects.
Amhaus Art Studio dedicates her life to promoting the sensitive and dynamic pulse that art has in all its versions.
MARÍA LIGHTOWLER Curatorial Advisor
She was born in Buenos Aires in 1979 and she currently lives in Madrid, Spain. María is a curator, researcher and museologist. She has been working for more than ten years in cultural projects; and accompanying hundreds of visual artists in scholarship presentations, contests and commissions, but specially in the projection of their careers. As a gallerist, she has carried out different projects in art galleries, museums and spaces in Latin America and internationally. María supervises the aesthetic and artistic content of the projects that are presented at Amhaus Art Studio.
FELICITAS MARTÍNEZ VIVOT Content Advisor
Content producer and freelance communication for different companies, Felicitas is part of the Amhaus team and Art studio since this company started. She is responsible for the communication of our proposal so that it can show the sensibility of our soul and spirit.
ROCÍO BARCIA Filmmaker
Design of Image and Sound degree (UBA) Barcia lived three years in New York and she has a Master in Art and Technology in Tisch School of the Arts, NYU. Back in Buenos Aires, she worked in visual effects with different production companies. Currently she acts as an editing video teacher in the C.C. Rojas. Rocío makes magic with a photographic lens to communicate everything that Amhaus has to express through images and videos.
BAUTISTA NAJLES Sound Designer
Music and event designer. He is currently the director of Juanita Studio and sound designer of Amhaus Art. Bautista creates most of the sounds that appear in our productions. His musical talent is fundamental to complete the different emotional moods that we propose in this space.
GUILLERMINA ASTORGA Graphic Designer
Is an artist and a graphic designer with a degree in the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), Argentina. Guille is responsible for everything that is related with the image of Amhaus Art Studio. Her creative eye is necessary to complete the connection that we aspire to have with our audience.
